SWIM had small patches of cobweb growing on his fruiting cake and now he dunked the cakes into a 2% H2O2/98% H2O to get rid of the cobweb but the question is how the cakes should remain into the solution?? Need answer ASAP :(

Treating with dilute h2o2 probably won't help much, whether minutes or hours, best would be to checkout which environmental conditions need to be tweaked to discourage cobweb. A friend lost many cakes to cobweb, but monotubs performed well.

I found indoor grows to be difficult in general . Mold was an issue
no matter what I tried . I changed the approach to tubs outdoors during
warm months. Incubating in pre sterilized bags indoors then a transfer
to tubs outside . I can say that clean fresh air exchange is a big issue.
Mold can be a real problem without good clean air exchange .

So you say fresh air exchange is important , what if I put my fruiting chamber/incubator underneath an always open window ? I sadly can't grow outdoors since it will be suspicious to my neighbors ...

If you really want to try salvaging contamined cakes you can always try sterlising a spoon, scooping the contams away and treating the area with diluted H2O2. If you're lucky the mycelium might take a firm enough hold to fruit.

It happened later on I sprayed the whole Fruiting chamber with a dilute H2O2 and now fruit bodies are growing , I am glad I didn't throw away the cakes :d
