coco- prefix?

At work I was doing some cleaning and saw the listed chemical was cocoamphocarboxypropianate. I have never seen the prefix coco before. What does this mean? I tried looking it up but couldn't really find anything. Or is it cocoampho? Either way I have no idea what it is and would like to know. :) any ideas?
