Hey all, I was wondering how it's even possible that people can share a dmt experience/be aware of the same visuals another is experiencing? Let's take for instance, a pretty common visual i see are multi-dimensional sort of alien flower beings along the walls/ceiling of the space you're in. My friends who have tripped with me say they see the exact thing and can describe them in detail.

Not to mention the other elaborate beings you come across in this other, alternate dimension.

How is this possible unless these objects/plant like structures/beings actually exist in this unseen, higher plain? Is it possible for someone to cross this barrier and plant something there or even travel throughout it?

 Thoughts?

If they don't really exist, I suppose it would be possible through the chemical changes in the brain, Not everyone has the same trip, maybe it causes you to confront the essence of your subconscious. I think it's real though bro. :)

I agree. I would guess that its what makes myths. Something collective and perpendicular to consciousness.

well yes not everyone has the same trip, but it is possible to share one and it shouldn't be unless something jogs someones subconscious (doubt that even has much to do with the visuals though) that would cause everyone involved to think/see it.

and besides, isn't it impossible to have a spontaneous dream or dream about something you've never seen before/someones face you haven't seen/composited? i can say i can't even fathom most of the creatures/beings i saw on dmt muchless remember them, but if two people are seeing the the same 6 headed dragon, etc.. it can't be from a drug induced stupor, it has to exsist somewhere/some time, correct?

You should read Psychedelic Shamanism. 😉

i read it. it doesn't seem at all relevant to what im talking about though.

How is it not relevant? I feel as though it makes a point of what youre saying. For example, pretty much everything you have been saying about tapping into a shared trip/vision. Is that not something that pertains to a collective unconscious dimension that is happening on its own term but still having great effect upon us?

Which section was that in, maybe i missed it.

I believe from Chapter Two to about Chapter 6. I feel like there are better examples of what is trying to be put across here but I can't really remember them at the moment:p I just feel like Jung archetypes and its catalysts can make some sense of this stuff.

okay i read the pdf version and again i see no relevance. seemed to me a lot like ghost stories and drug synopses.

You have a good point sir, Sometimes people have almost identical trips and they've never met each other before, like the coding on the walls I experienced in my last blastoff, Other people on the nexus have seen it. I wouldn't say it's impossible that the experience is in our heads exactly, but that maybe the coding has been wired into our brains, and dmt is just what unlocks it.

As I've said, I believe it is real, I'm not too sure about the somewhere it would be, and time seems to completely change in the experience, but I get the distinct feeling that something is moving through me, that isn't a part of me... If that makes any sense?

there are a lot of reports of people experiencing shared hallucinations.
i personally have had multiple incidents of shared auditory hallucinations (e.g. me and friend both heard a tree say the same thing "hellooo, i'm beending!" )
also a fair amount of shared "telepathy" especially on psilocybin.

it seems about as least as real as everything else i have experienced to be reality.

hallucinogenic compounds have been accredited with man developing unexplained phenomena and supposed powers for eons! wasn't dmt harmaline originally called telepathine? interesting stuff really.
