Assuming this person is a psychologist, then tell him that you can't delete your posts when you next see him, and see what he/she says.
I don't think it'll be:
"What? But your mental health hangs in the balance upon this act alone!"
More like:
"Forget about that site. Now, how have you been since we last spoke?"
Personally, I don't believe a professional would assign you the ordeal of spending hours or days deleting posts, or even worse having to battle to be allowed to do so. Not for one second. Sorry. If this guy is for real, find yourself a cognitive behavioural therapy psychologist instead. And please, read that book I suggested. Honestly, it'll do you the world of good.
