You could either add more solvent and stir the precipitates in and or put the jar in a water bath and stir it so it dissolves. The solvent is probably saturated at that volume and temperature.
It's unlikely to be lye due to being very soluble in water.

If it is DMT, it will dissolve in your next few solvent pulls. There is a chance that it could be lye, if you ended up supersaturating your aqueous layer when you raised the pH with lye.

I have had this happen before with very saturated solutions.

If it is freebase DMT and won’t redissolve into solution or your non-polar you can try getting it out by running it through a sieve or tea strainer. After that do an initial clean by putting in a glass or a bowl with cold water and decanting/filtering (you could add a little sodium carbonate to the water, although I found I didn’t need to). Do that once or twice, then do a re-x or two to clean it up further.
