🌀 "Stranger Things in Toulouse" – A Psychedelic Journey (with a Machine Elf-like Entity)

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a visual project I just finished called "Stranger Things in Toulouse." It’s a night walk through the streets of Toulouse (France) where reality bends, warps, and distorts into a full-blown neon psychedelic experience.

The video builds up to a climax featuring a fully realized, mechanical DMT Machine Elf-like entity

What makes this project extra special is that it was co-created with my high school intern, Alma! She took the initial photos, and we used a cutting-edge generative AI pipeline to bring these visions to life.

I think the style is more like what they sometimes call a "trippy" aesthetic than actually resembling visuals produced by psychedelic substances. Not that that's something inherently negative.
