D-limonene Mixed into base mix and it doesn't separate

I was following q21q21's tek. I made by base too watery. When i mixed the d-limonene with the base it mixed and no won't separate.
Can anyone help me figure out how to separate.

Dry the whole lot out, add a tiny bit of water and pull again with fresh limonene.

How is best to dry it. Add more calcium hydroxide? Or low heat oven dry?
