Defatting/Purifying San Pedro Resin

That's also my experience, alkaline alcohol extraction is pretty effective for mescaline (fb), but it is not selective enough.

For full spectrum, try to wash it in high proof ethanol, keep liquid and evaporate.

For an still wet resin, would 99% solvent work well? Or is it advisable to add some additional water to get it down to, say, 80%?

I always added some water to have approx. 85-90% concentration, but I do not really know what is the best.
