Deficiency causing tremors

Hello fiends,

question before I embark on not very pleasant quest.

I seem to have some action tremors, when I hold something in my hand sometimes one of my muscles starts to spasm. It is really weird (basically mi thumb starts to shake while holding something). I have attributed this to some injury some time ago. But lately I have noticed that it happened even in uninjured hand. That being said. It it time to look into it...

Have any of you come across vitamin or mineral deficiencies causing this? Or maybe some other easily solvable conditions?

I want to eliminate easily solvable probable causes before consulting humans that specialize in not so easy solvable issues.

(I am aware that it might have be totally fine as well... but this is the kind of thing that is better be safe than sorry)

Not medical advice but check your intake levels of magnesium, potassium and B vitamins. If those are good, look into exercises, since this is injury-related. A physiotherapist may be able to help.

Then consult a physician. Where I am, they are able to prescribe physiotherapy.
I am currently taking moringa, and some other stuff. But I have some Potassium chloride on hand, I will switch it with salt for some time. Will increase intake of magnesium - that might be thing I have somehow maybe went without and we will see... Even though moringa has potassium and B vitamins, I am not taking much so I will add some B complex specifically to see if that helps.

I thought it was injury related, but when it happened in the "good arm" it went from injury related to "something else".

When I think about it, its probably better since I started taking this heap of supplements (moringa, lions mane, chaga, reishi, vitamin c, rhodiola complex - mix of herbs, tribulus and lately I have added something for joints -> exercising people take it her -> it is for horses -> i bought version for humans -> still contains exact same ingredients except added flavoring but it still tastes terrible)

there is also something called

Shilajit

or what i like is seamoss with burdock root and sasperella root

seamoss have like 92 of the 108 or what not minerals in the body
not sure what Shilajit has but its same like seamoss

goodf health

cannabis helps people with tremors and do you drink alcohol at all?

I have taken Mumio before, but the tremors were present.

But I will definitely look into others.

There are only 90 naturally occurring elements

I tried shilajit, the name is appropriate apart from the "laji" part. It may be better taken in homeopathic amounts.
yeah I dont really know its just what I was reading

looooooool thats funny looool not tried the SHIlajiT looool

the seamoss is good but go for the thin one like vermicelli
there was a guy who claims to have cured most of not all illness
from fasting and cutting out starch and blood for awhile
they tried to call him a quack but they asked him to bring in people who his cured just 1 they asked he bring in over 10 i think and beat the case

dr sebi had a interesting view on the body talking about food that feeds the electrical elements of the cells by eating original foods
so many foods has been hybridized and created from once toxic foods or/and very low carb food that they added for better crops
go for things what still have the seeds like grapes and now watermelons 1

might be a whole bunch of BS but the guy was passionate about what he was teaching I guess a alkaline based diet to try and bring down the acidity of the body
also maybe we are not meant to eat 3 times a day everyday worth checking out some of his videos see if it makes any sense

they are talking about this now in mainstream about fasting to clear the body of crap in the blood and cells

bless and good health to all

I don't know what this is about below but this is what they are teaching in very trace elements the sea-moss as iodine also
what do you guys say about vegan diet can it be beneficial for the health >?
