I could see there possibly being a problem getting stuff to precip from the thick oil with fasa/fasi but I see no reason fasw would not work if that is the case.

Don't worry, go ahead and salt with FASW. It works fine with sunflower oil or any other veggie oil. Just be sure to mix your two liquids well. They seperate pretty fast, usually with no emulsions in the FASW. After the seperation you may still see little oil floating on your FASW but if you pass it through a coffee filter a couple of times it' ll be ok.
Hippie salad oil tek + BLAB is a good way to go and you 'll end up with a potent full spectrum spice.
It definately works with MHRB and I suppose that you won't have problema with acacia too.
Moreover, when you do the pulls with the veggie oil, I think it 's very helpful to you have the basified bark in a hot water bath.:thumb_up:
