The only entity I have encountered jumped out of a human in the room in two pieces and reformed floating above him, it looked right at me and put his finger to his lips and said "shhh", like it was a secret, then went back in.

Yeah, that's what I thought, but I think its the best 'normal' explanation for it.
He has only done DMT a few times and I know he has fallen short of THAT experience.
Maybe 1 day he will get there but its not really his cup of tea so I doubt it.

As far as entites go, I've met:
1. 4 dark alien silhouettes, negative sucking energy, with tentacles and tongues
2. A green man wearing a robe, sitting on a throne with a book on his lap, very humble and friendly
3. A jester, but in the form of a huge tree, very weird, playful/sinister energy
4. A crowd of humans, and on the left one of them burst its head open revealing the head of a brown alien, with a sideways jaw and rows of teeth
5. A random naked body, ripped apart by kaleidoscope shapes
6. A clear fluid elephant the size of a cat
7. An elephant/tree god
8. Some demon like entities, similar to the alien ones I met but I can tell they are different
9. Freakishly long and thin dark grey elves with flowing red hair, swimming out of my 'car's' window toward me submerged in swampy waters
10. A train flying through the sky, with an entity on the front screaming into my face as it flew past me, billowing clouds of thick black smoke, menacing, but totally not scary haha

I have a recurring entity that I encounter very frequently when I trip. I call him Teo, many have heard me speak about this entity at great length before. Teo seems to exhibit all the common signs of beings one's spirit guide, so that is typically the way I think of him (if you find that hard to believe, it's easier to accept than my other interpretation of him that he is an alternate future version of myself; like post death Tek). I say this because Teo knows me better than I know myself. To describe all of our interactions would just take far to long, but what will typically happen is if I'm coming up on a psychedelic I'll just know whether he's around or not. Sometimes I'll get a telepathic "Hey buddy." or "Ready to go?" message and I'll know it's him. When I breakthrough, it really feels like Teo is responsible for everything I see, it's like he scoops up my spirit out of my body and carries it through hyperspace, showing me places and other beings (one time he took me before four very important looking figures and they had a conversation about me which I can't remember as well anymore, another reason why I think he is my spirit guide).
I don't always see him visually, but when I have he is a very bright neon green color and humanoid in shape. Really he's composed of some time of ethereal spirit light that resembles the heat wave that really hot pavement gives off when you look at it just right. His head is rather triangular too, but I've never gotten a really good look at him enough to ever make out any details.
Other beings I've met:
An elf. Not the machine variety Terence talked a lot about, but the standard 3 foot tall, pointy ear, santa's workshop variety. This was the most intricately detailed being I've ever encountered, I could even make out the details in his cloths at the time of encountering it. When I made hyperspace eye contact with this thing, it looked horrified that I had spotted it and it simply poofed itself out of my vision. It was pretty awesome to be honest.
I've seen a bunch of gnomes. The elf I saw was very much entirely in hyperspace as its body was composed of light (seemed to look like a very brightly colored cartoon character). The gnomes were a little different. I was tripping with a friend of mine and while we were peaking all over her body were these little gnome men (specifically all males I remember). The gnomes were hammering and chiseling all the features of her body like it was a gnome village. Highly peculiar. It was like this vision was overlayed on top of normal reality, like if you had a layer in photoshop and you turned the opacity down like 50% so you could see the main layer underneath, it was sort of like that.
I've encountered the gigantic jeweled octopus being that some people around here call Opticus (and I think Philip K. Dick called this being Valis). All this giant creature did was wink one of the eyes on its tentacles at me, like to say "Yes hello, I see you there welcome!"
I 'flew' past a drunken giant with a robin hood hat one time as he was sitting on a hyperdimensional television set drinking a jug of something. On this box tv he was sitting on an episode of our reality was playing on it, which at the time caused me to question if whether our entire existence is a type of entertainment for other, higher dimensional beings.
I've encountered the entire muppet cast of the 1980s television program Eureeka's Castle (see signature line and avatar pic). This had a lot to do with some locked up childhood memories so I understand why I had this experience.
I've conversed with beings that I couldn't visually see but seemed to sense them with another type of sense (?). They could simply not understand why I was 'playing with that thing' (my body if I understood them right) when everything was 'so much better' where they were. One of the weirdest group "entities" visited me... It was a completely normal human family with a young girl daughter.
I mean this is very weird when you see them in high definition in a weird place like that... Everything bizzarre is completely normal for me when smoalking and I've met countless of entities, but meeting what seems to be a completely normal human family in high definition is something completely new to me... Altough I once saw what seemed to be a beekeeper family but I couldn't see them this clearly and I didn't see their faces.

Anyone encounter the red man? This is a small humanoid figure which is fully red. He runs towards you and he seems to appear from other entities. He runs up to you and just stays there. It's not like he does much or anything he just stands there looking at you as the you're surroundings start to change.

I have only had one DMT journey as to date, but I saw the sillouette of a giant "goddess" with her hand out to me beckoning me to come to her. I also heard and "felt" the presence of several more entities but did not see them.
I'm planing on dosing again this weekend so hoping I will go back to the same place and be able to see the other entities this time

This really doesn't have any relevance, however I'd like to add one more entity encountered through a dark trip.He appeared to be an extremely tall silver like reptilian.
Which kind of reinforces the idea of this just being a drug. Than again when I was in my teens I have a memory of having a sexual encounter with an alien that appeared similiar to a twi'lek.(no drugs or enthegens involved) She was blue with tentacles for hair, we where imersed in this liquid up to our ankles, there was no intercourse needed the feeling I felt in this pool with her was beyond any feeling or anything I can describe for that matter dmt times a billion fold could not touch this experience. Its strange to this day I'm not sure if this was a lucid dream or an implanted memory of some kind, either way nothing comes near to that.
I also keep on encountering the extremely radiant almost bluish white giant beings

I've seen all kinds of entities while in Hyperspace. From multi-planet sized colossi holding up mega planets that looked like they were made out of black diamonds, to cloud-like entities that manipulated light by dispersing large fields and voids of dark morphing blobs (kinda like ink jets).. to jesters... aztec and mayan faces.. indian ancestors... and multi-eyed goddesses that could hypnotize you with one glance!... the list goes on and on!

I'd like to talk about the doctor thing for a minute. First, a disclaimer: I have not had this doctor experience, and don't necessarily believe the theory I'm about to put forth. I think that most psychedelic experiences can be explained as manifestations of our almost infinitely complex minds... But I remain open to the notion that on a sufficient dose with the right combination of luck and skill, you could actually navigate hyperspatial environments outside of those generated in your brain. Real, actual traveling.
So let's say that DARPA takes DMT far more seriously than they let on, and that in fact they have a lab somewhere. Their doctors have found an "address" within hyperspace where DMT users regularly navigate through, and are observing this address for whatever reason- not to spy on us as individuals, since they can do that far more effectively by following our online lives (plus, I don't believe they take us very seriously as individuals- a bunch of tripped out peaceniks). But they can see into this particular node in hyperspace, and occasionally can get one of us on "the table" long enough to study human/hyperspace interactions.
Anyone else imagine something like this? I'm normally very disinclined toward the idea of secret government paranoid theories, but I've also always wondered how deeply they actually study these things. Read the book Acid Dreams, and the CIA come across as a bunch of fumbling, clueless clowns. But after decades and millions of $?

The weirdest thing my Guy... The first thought that arised to me when I saw the docs was that they were actual earth humans somehow in hyperspace through somekind of access(government type of operation), call me crazy:lol: .

It is impossible for anyone to go into hyperspace, it is a spiritual dimension and we are physical beings. This means that we cannot interact, but our spiritual side is able to cross-over but only as a spirit. This also means that the spirit world cannot do any physical damage to you either because those are two different realms. So No, government cannot cross over to hyperspace.
I'm curious, I don't think I have ever crossed over and had a break through, but do you always see entities? can you have an entityless trip?

Cloud kingdoms with TRILLIONS upon TRILLIONS of clouds of every majestic and magical hue you could think of... I've seen galaxies collide and quasars blast beams of pure light and love into me.. without entities. It is totally possible to have a breakthrough and or trip without entities.
