DIY simple inexpensive pipe/vape

So apparently smoking out of copper is bad, so might be a bad idea. Good to know.

Presenting you the copper pipe.
Main component is the 1/2 to 3/4 copper fitting were all the magic happens.

The simplest would be to have a 3"-4" length of 1/2" copper pipe with the fitting soldered. In the fitting, the bigger side (3/4") 2 mesh screens are put, just gut some mesh you have around. Inside the mesh screen put steel wool. Now if you are afraid of inhaling small particles of steel wool you could use a neodymium magnet in the 1/2 pipe to catch fragments. I haven't had any issues using it without any magnet, I would like to get some coarser steel wool though.

The technique is simple, you put a dose on a piece of a steel wool patch, put another steel wool patch on top and put the wool inside the screen mesh cage. Put that sandwich in the copper fitting.
Use a heat source, regular lighter works. Just keep it close but no flame should touch the screen mesh.
If done correctly you should not experience harshness.

The pipe you see in pictures has the 1/2" pipe cut, end capped and a 3/8 pipe was soldered. I did so so I could bent it and watch how close the flame is to the 1/2-3/4 fitting.

I see you said this is copper, I'm pretty sure you don't want to smoke out of this. I've seen copper pipes do some weird stuff to people when I was in high school. Please, get a proper pipe. Please!
