dmt acetate is a gooey salt.
it will be probably to harsh.

Yes, like most salts of DMT, it's hygroscopic.

But why assume that it would be harsh to smoke? Acetic acid boils at a very low temperature. DMT acetate might be very effective when smoked and even less harsh than freebase DMT, because it's not alkaline.

You never know until you try it.

You could easily infuse some herb with DMT acetate and test it out.

Ever cook with vinegar? Lots of acetic acid vapors are all over when you do.

I don't see the concern. Besides, it's likely to vaporize as DMT acetate and not split in two. That would not release acetic acid vapor, unless it splits when vaporized. I just don't see that happening to this particular salt because the boiling point DMT is very low.

so just dissolve some freebase DMT in a minimum of hot vinegar and evaporate for dmt-acetate. Can somone tell me if it smokes better than freebase yet?

SWIM just dissolved 32mg of his yellow spice into some vinegar. He doesn't have a food dehydrator so it's just gonna sit until it's done, maybe a couple of days.

He will update when dried and smoked

swim tried tis tonight ... extremely hygroscopic! .... wasnt much special... effects were noted .. but very mild.. foul taste.. not worth pursuing for smoking methods in my humble opinion. Peace!

SWIM also tried it. IT was really odd like smoking vinegar and DMT at once.... who'd have thought.
It was really hard to work with and SWIM smoked maybe 20mg of it. It was akin to smoking 10mg of freebase but left a nasty goo in the pipe that doesn't vaporize. It seemed to have an odd bodyload to it though.

Anyway SWIM won't do it again.

yeah I thought so . imagine evapping rock salt and inhaling the vapours!!!!!!
