DMT and Meth seperation

I have a mixture of dmt and meth powder that was accidently mixed in a pipe and I am wanting to separate the two.
Any ideas? Water maybe or acetone? I am not sure.

Maybe you can use naphtha and freeze precipitate the DMT

Then I would assume the DMT is FB, then it isn't soluble in water, whereas Meth (HCl) is.

Wash with naptha. The dmt will go into the naptha. The meth will stay.
Then evap all.

But first, that's a weird one,man. Almost sounds like a personal problem.

Anywho, do we know for sure that meth won't cross over in any way into naptha? It is a hydrochloride, so is water soluble,we know that, but could anything cross over used in the synthesis?

My suggestion would be a water wash first, then pull with naptha as suggested. That should clear out all that poisonous shit. Hopefully.

The water wash may not help. A certain amount of the hydrochloride could transfer to the DMT, i.e.:

DMT + [Methamp].HCl ⇌ DMT.HCl + [Methamp]

Dissolve the DMT out with naphtha first, then ideally do a mini A/B in case of impurities from meth synthesis.
