Hi all,
asking this because I'm confused.
So, I see around recipes for Aya or extraction teks mentioning you should simmer (not boil) your MHRB because hot temp might damage the Molecule.
Then I see other threads that promote using a pressure cooker to more efficiently lyse the MHRB cells.
I think a pressure cooker (which I regularly use for cooking food) can reach higher temperatures, right?
Is this bad for the Molecule?
What about freezing? Is it ok?
Basically what I'm asking is a list of known temps above/below which the molecule (in various forms) starts to degrade.
Is there any study on this?
Thanks a lot
