I thought i was hallucinating it but then I realized it wasn't an hallucination that I have some parasite in my hand. Dmt seems to piss it off and that's when I can see it in my arm. I've went to the ER and they told me it's just a pinched nerve. I want to go again and show it to them but the dmt is the only thing that brings it to the surface and i don't know what to say to the doctors without them thinking I'm just trying to seek pain pills or just to tell me its a pinched nerve again. Ive tried taking video of it but it doesn't show it as bad as it actually is. Anyone have any advice on what to say or how to prove it's not a pinched nerve?

Get someone else to look at it while you are Tripping, that would be my suggestion, rule out what could be your own brain playing tricks first.

Sounds like its more likely a side effect of tripping. It's highly likely it is in you're head.
Most parasites don't live on your hands they live in your digestive system and the ones that do like scabies and hookworm would spread and affect more than you hands. They would also be constantly itchy, inflamed etc and noticeable to yourself (even when sober) and easily identified by health professionals.

If the doctor told you it is a pinched nerve, perhaps it is? Doctors are trained to look for signs of infections.
For reference I actually had an infection in my hand/wrist due to infected stitches about 6 weeks ago. My hand swelled up, my fingers were fat and I had red streaks going up my arm it felt hot and itchy. That’s all common with infections, as Trip stated above.
