DMT E-mesh overnight

Last night I loaded up a DMT E-mesh, clicked it a few times to turn it into a puddle, then ended up in pre-flight anxiety for a very long time where I eventually convinced myself it was too late to do it. I intend on taking the plunge today, but I'm curious if melting the DMT one night and leaving it for the next has any affect on potency or the conversion to n-oxide.

I don't think its uncommon at all for people to do that, getting cold feet definitely happens. I'm still getting used to mine but I've kept it loaded for a few days two different times and didn't notice it diminishing from what I would expect. Not sure what time range we would be looking at this actually making difference though

fwiw, DMT freebase left exposed to the open air in a sometimes hot but mostly dark environment turns into black gunk after a year or two. Member Brennendes Wasser also did a rather more precise and intentional trial of DMT stability that can be found somewhere on the forum. This would be a research project worth repeating.

Overall, leaving the loaded mesh for a week should be OK. A month - maybe? Once it starts to darken and develop a faecal smell it's probably worth writing off. Overnight is absolutely fine. Security can be considered as much of an issue as chemical stability, perhaps.

I don't have anything to add that others haven't stated already, but I do feel you on the preflight anxiety. Been a few weeks since my first BT and have just not been able to pull the trigger since. I keep finding reasons not to lol. It's been a strange experience but being apprehensive about blasting off has actually pushed me to focus on personal growth and healing with an even more genuine and deeper desire. I'm going tonight to tonight though, for sure. It's time.

Do it for me too! I just got tattooed over the weekend so am in a hiatus lmao.

Relative to the topic of this post, you should be good for a little, especially if whatever has the deems on it is covered.
I use a terp pen sometimes, and on occasion, some spice will be left on the coil. I've come back to it in over a months time, and the stuck on spice feels and tastes fine.

Then again, I imagine not much since a lot of us boil our DMT before extracting lol. It's good to know that a little bit of pre-flight anxiety won't impact the quality of my spice, though. My preflight anxiety makes me worry about some of the dumbest shit lmao.
