DMT extraction journal plz help W/ pics!!!1

ok guys i am new here so if miss something just let me know 1st post here but i been reading the forums for quite some time now and i am posting because i had not had much luck with dmt ony one 50g batch that yeiled it like .4 good for me and my 2 buds but i dont think any of us brokethrough so i am making a journal on my extration with some pics. Any help/critics will be greatly appreciated

doing a STB extration with the 1:1:15:1 rattios root/lye/h20/ naptha does this sound like a good rattio what has worked for you guys,should i do a 100g test batch or 50g i have a bit of root left just incase i messe this up aslo how long should i let the root in the water/lye mix i did 1hour last time and it seems ok but do you think is way 2 much or not enough time ?

Rootbark/Lye/Water mixture has to sit for waaaaaaaaaaaaay longer than 1 hour. Try 24-48 hours. If you do an Acid cook first, then you would soak it in lye for about an hour. Since you are doing STB, much much longer since the lye has to break down the cellular structure of the rootbark.

I didn't use an exact ratio my last extract. I think it was 100grams of MHRB, 100 grams of lye, 1500ml of distilled water, and 75ml of napatha. Yours sounds fine though

Well the first question is up to you. 50g is a very small amount tho, 100g would be more worthwhile imo.
You can't really leave the root in lye for too long. As long as the container can handle the lye there's no issue. I would recommend leaving it for 24 hours shaking it occasionally. btw, you might want to open the bottle after shaking for a couple seconds to make sure there's no pressure left in it.
