DMT extraction with 99% pure ethanol

Hello, i have in my possesion one liter of 99% pure ethanol, sodium bicarbonate (which can be transformed into sodium carbonate) and vinager. Can i make an extraction using these? without any non-polar solvents or expensive chem apparatus?
I'm not a native english speaker so ignore any grammar or syntax error(s).
