DMT visions cannot be recreated. I would absoloutely love to meet a GFX design head and get a 3D screen saver of the elves coming out; its so like.. tantilisingly possible, yet it'd be quite fecking difficult.

anyone know enough bout 3D/openGL programming to give me a faceted geometic fractal liquid crystal serpentine fluid which oozes out from a central point on the screen, in a sorta we-are-marching-marching-marching-on-to-war type jaunt?

have you seen the music visualizer for xbox 360? some of the instances are extremely akin to a dmt vision. really makes you wonder what inspired them. the engine is called neon and it was made by some company called llamasoft. here's a link: Neon there's screenshots there but unfortunately they don't seem to have a version that runs on pc or other. not sure if it could handle it really.
