DMT Poetry

[delphine]

Revised the Happy Birthday Balloon poem (see above), think it gets the point across better now, thanks for the inspiration to do that, blackclo.

[delphine]

Wrote this some time ago toward the end of an intense mushroom trip, peyote I think...I was having forebodings that the person I was with wasn't truly able to love. I was right, but we kept going for some years regardless. ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT I hold you tight all through the night now you are deep, deep down in sleep while I weep into your hair while you sleep, all unaware you're in your dreams and I'm not there so close we are, yet we're still so far apart full moon tonight and my heart laid bare the room full of light while I weep into your hair

[Questioning]

I wrote this, not on any drugs falling leaflets of paper feet in quicksand, candlelight on my face she doesn't understand "it scares me" she says the intangible mess of music fills the room, the air everything around me is chaos but serene everything around me is chaos the quicksand rises higher I sink deeper being watched from every corner and crack in the wall I will find you and when I do I will ask... "....."
