DMT Tincture?

hows it going every one, I was wondering if there was any way to concentrate the DMT from a plant source to the point where it could be used as a tincture. For example would it work to just put MHRB or psychotria in pure alcohol and concentrate it? Also if it is possible what plant is the most pure source of DMT ie. not many if not any other alkaloids or active ingredients.
 
I see your point however I really dunno if you could just soak mimosa or viridis in alcohol to extract it in tincture.
You could at least make a mimosa brew, get rid of the tannin and filter it well then mix it with pure ethanol to a 40% ratio...
Then you'd just have to slitly boil the tincture to get rid of the alcohol.

Or just perform one or the other dmt extraction from the wiki and get your spice dillute in any tincture base : vinegar, glycerin or water/ethanol dilution.
And do the same for caapi so you'd have two bottle to dose your pharmahuasca.
I've only did it with extracted spice and harmalas from caapi.

my platypus has done this with san pedro, but never dmt containing plants, the effects were good but not incredibly potent,platypus has drank around a shot or two's worth of the tincture diluted in some soothing tea, it was extremely pleasurable for what it was though platypus never got total breakthrough psychedelic mescaline levels. though the dose by weight is ussualy lesser with dmt containing plants so it might be viable, . platypus says that difference of dosage is about 1:5 i.e. cactus approx 50-100 g mimosa approx 100-200 mg so one shot might even be overboard plu... you would need another one of aya or rue also so you have maoi.....

I think im going to perform a DMT extraction then dilute it into a tincture. What tincture base would you recommend? From what i understand alcohol base tinctures last the longest, but is there potential health issue with mixing alcohol with MAOIs? Also is there any advantage in even mixing the DMT into a tincture base or would it be the same just keeping it in crystals and putting it in something right before use like a warm glass of water? Thanks for the help.
