I think that if you had proper influenza then smoking changa would not be something you would realistically be wanting to be doing presently.
If you actually have a 'lesser' viral upper respiratory infection it would probaby be wise to avoid smoking anything (well, pretty much everything ) because your bronchial tubes are more likely to get inflamed and all smoke will only add to this.
Also, if you were taking any conventional remedies such as a decongestant or a DXM-based cough suppressant then changa, due to its MAOI content, would be potentially risky to your health and quite possibly an uncomfortable experience.
I actually just smoked some spice while sick, but I only have a cold and bad sinus congestion...wanted to test my first extract :lol:
It made some of the body load focus more on those areas, but other then that I did not notice much of a difference. Although, with influenza, you really should not be smoking...please keep that in mind.
