Does LSA leach into naphtha during defat? (PanoraMIX)

Hi,

I am following the PanoraMIX tek and have defatted 3x with naphtha on over 100 seeds.

I evaporated the naphtha and there is a yellow goo amongst some other crusty brown bits.

I smelled the goo and it smells like fresh DMT, I assume this is the classic "indole smell" everyone refers to?

If this IS LSA, can I get it apart from the other unwanted nasties? Possibly via acetone and fumaric acid?

Dont worry , the naphta does not pull the LSA .
I ´ve had the same goo after the defat step (evaporated).

Thanks, but what's with the indole smell? Is that Glycosides?
