Just a small question about my acacia extraction post above?
I know that crystals normally will lock onto the glass when in freezer..
But most of my extraction crystalized some what in jar [[before I put it into freezer!]]..
It apears to be a thick crystal slush from the 400 gram extractioin...
Im asuming that it is because of being so highly saturated with spice?
After in freezer about 10 hours the crystals havent grown too much in size..
[maybe just a little]?..[are 10 hours not enough? .and after 10 hours it still looks like a thick floating crystal slush mostly in bottom of jar..
In morning...I simply pour off most of the napatha in another jar and quickly dry the crystals..
Below are pictures of my more recent napatha pulls the napatha is turning more clear in color at pull eight! ..but these photos show a crystal slush mostly in bottom of jar and lots of crystals trying to atach to glass?
Is it ok to do it this way just drying out the crystal slush?..instead of waiting much longer to form larger crystals in freezer?
[My crystal dishes afre small and crystals may need mor room to develpe?]

The crystal slush is fine, it's just bizarre that you could have gotten all that crystallization without freezing it. Your solution must be really super saturated. I'd imagine that if you put it back in the freezer you would get even more than you've already gotten. I would be curious to see you do another pull that goes straight into the freezer.
