Download not working

When I click on the PDF download for Introducing the new 'MAX ION' tek

at Cybs 'MAX ION' tek - STB - Welcome to the DMT-Nexus

I get this message: You have insufficient rights to download this resource. Contact forum administrator for further details.

Why do I have insufficient rights and what do I do about that?

Probably because you're not a full member yet since i can download it just fine.

That would be curious. There are so many teks that can be seen or downloaded. Why would this one be restricted? But thanks for answering. I will try other computer and other browsers.

All logged in members should be able to download all post attachments regardless of their member status.

Do you get the message if you try downloading it from this post?
