I know i know its not smoke. Its a vapor. Anyway after i take a hit sometimes my ears (mostly my right) will feel like it does when you get water in your ear and after awhile you feel it start to drain. Wtf?

It might be helpful to put this observation into context with any other health concerns you may have now, or previously had. How does that square up for you? It's as likely to be neurological as physiological. Are you exposed to any loud noises on a semi-regular basis? Have you ever done DJ mixing with headphones, or sat in a moving vehicle with the window rolled down, for example?
Just some ideas, could be down to enhanced awareness of a pre-existing issue. Not medical advice! If the condition persists, consult an audiologist.
