Egg white tek for Rue extraction

Can somebody tell swim at what stage to complete the egg white tek on a rue boil. Swim is about to discard the seeds after a few boils. Should swim do the egg whites before or after the salt is added?

Basically any time you have a cooled liquid solution after you discard the plant matter the egg white tek can be performed.

oh i thought people only did the egg-white tek for mimosa/caapi brews. i wasn't aware that rue also had tannins in it. good to know something new
