Enforcer Crystal Clog Remover??

this is the only lye i can find, Got it from Ace Hardware. Wondering if anyone knows if this is ok to use?

It must be 100% Sodium Hydroxide.From the looks of their product line at their web site they don't sell any products that are 100% Sodium Hydroxide.So I would say no you can't use it.
