Enhanced leaf no effects

Hi,

I've recently tried my first enhanced leaf batch:

300mg D
500mg blue lotus
500mg dream herb

Dissolved D in ISO and placed in container with leaves and let evaporate for 4-5 days.

Then I used a regular plant material holding glass pipe and lighted the leaves. It resulted in a thick smoke, and I inhaled fully.

However, there was hardly any effect even after multiple tokes.

Any idea what could've gone wrong?

My theory is the flame near the open leave holder vaporized the D before it entered the glass pipe.

How much DMT did you use in your batch? You may have too much leaf material relative to the amount of DMT.

Enhanced leaf is an infusion sans MAOI.

No need with enhanced leaf. What makes enhanced leaf enhanced leaf is the absence of MAOI.

Provided the DMT used is freebase, though, right? If it's a different form that is inactive when vaporized without a MAOI, that might explain the complete lack of effects in this case.

To me, it looks like your DMT to Herb ratio is too weak.
Maybe making a new batch with 1:1, DMT to Herb ratio will do the trick.
Or adding more DMT to your already made batch.

As others pointed out it's likely that the dmt ratio 0.3:1 is low. With pure dmt (no harmalas) you'd need to take in the dose quick enough before tolerance develops, usually in 3 tokes in less than a minute. With all the extra herb and smoke it's hard to take in a proper dose quick enough.
You may even have a smaller ratio than expected due to dmt sticking to the container sides, with small quantities it's best to use a minimal amount of solvent.

The smoalking technique also matters, you only need to partially light it and let the ember with your air intake control the burning. And of course remembering to hold in the toke.
