Entities on 1P-LSD/LSD?

I have a friend that recently had a difficult experience on 1P-LSDas he felt that an entity was trying to harm him, fortunately he felt that his faith in Gods protection kept him safe throughout this difficult time.

Have any of you experienced entities on 1P-LSD or LSD? If so, do you believe they are created by your own mind or actual beings separate from you?

I feel that most negative experiences with psychedelics are actually self-created so that you learn from the power of your own thoughts. I find that it's always in the mind, rather than any real external threat. I kept my opinions to myself, but i'm curious what nexians make of it...

I can't speak on 1P-LSD since I haven't tried it, but I have experienced "entities" on LSD. The full on out of body/visionary modes of LSD's own door into hyperspace didn't open until after I had started working with DMT - something people commonly report. Like with any psychedelic I don't know what the beings are, and I'm not so sure there is a clear cut either/or answer regarding inside/outside, but I do feel that LSD is particularly psycho-analytical (sometimes abrasively so, to snag McKenna's description) and I've had it manifest all sorts of inner processes in bizarre ways that may seem like you are being attacked at times, if things go south. Fear can really warp it into a terrifying experience, obviously.

The good thing to me in some ways it doesn't matter so much what it 'is'...Since, when it comes to how we deal with it and navigate those situations, we still should just use whatever works best for us, and learn what we can in the process.

Thanks for the input universecannon :)

Fearful mindstates can certainly make things appear malevolent, even in day to day life that's possible let alone on a psychedelic. In my experience it always turns out to be imagined rather an actual threat, and believing it's real could only serve to make it worse, in my opinion.

I've never experienced entity contact with LSD. A pretty extensive history with the substance as well. I've just recently become interested in 1P-LSD and this talk of entities really has me intrigued! I will be testing both LSD and 1P-LSD soon to compare them and also to determine their efficacy as treatment for my cluster headaches. I will definitely report any entity contact. Even the prospect of that possibility is getting me excited :d

I'd be surprised if you find there's a distinctive difference between 1P & LSD, i found it indistinguishable but i have only tried 1P once... most of the differences i've heard reported so far could just as easily be attributed to different LSD-25 experiences.

Just out of curiosity, what about the prospect of entity contact is exciting to you?

It wasn't really my intention to advertise '1P-LSD - now with moar entity contact!' :)

That may not have been your intention but I sure took it in that kind of manner

Entity contact is something intricately woven all through my life, at least for the last ten or so years. Mainly with tryptamines and Salvia divinorum, but also with some dissociatives. The prospect of having that kind of experience with a completely different substance is what is so exciting to me :) LSD has never produced an experience like that for me. But my extensive history with it is a little far removed now; I used it quite often before all these entity contact experiences began to happen. It just recently came back into my life so my experience with it now could be vastly different than it was the last time I tripped. So the prospect of that happening with either 1P-LSD or LSD itself has me all atwitter :d

I'm going to do my best to objectively compare 1P and LSD. I'm honestly hoping the experiences are vastly similar to the point of being pretty much indistinguishable. But I'll withhold judgment until I've tried both at least twice with suitable intervals in between.
