Feasibility of changa (caapi extract) and dmt in E-Cig

Are the harmalas in a caapi extract soluble in glycerine(?), used in E-Cig solutions?

Basically, it seems we can use e-cigs to vape / atomize DMT successfully. Can we do the same with a Changa combination?
