Few noob questions, Mimosa H tek's

Hi, I ordered 50g of mimosa h. and 500g a few days later also. With the 50g I plan to use it as a type of 'test' as it'll be my first extraction. I plan to use: Noman's tek - DMT-Nexus Wiki.

After that one's done, depending on how my first one goes, I'll be doing all 500g at once using: Lazyman's tek - DMT-Nexus Wiki

My first question: Glass mixing bowl is necessary right? I found a cheap plastic one but I'm 99% sure naphtha+NaOH+plastic mixing bowl isn't a very good idea, but thought I'd be sure.

Second question: After I do said extractions, is it ready to smoke right away? Like after I get it out of the freezer, is it good to go? I get confused at this part haha

Also I appreciate the help anyone has given me so far, I've had a few noob questions, and probably more to come as my mimosa arrives

woops haha, sorry! i read threw 90% of that, very very informative and I didn't even know it existed lol. One thing I'm not sure of is..
I currently have 3 jars in my freezer, they are forming white balls of alkaloid i supose on the bottom, when I dump this threw a coffee filter, do I then put it in something to evaporate? I read that I should put it back in my jar of basified water/bark, but after today I will be done with it, I'm pretty sure.

when you take your jars out the freezer and filter the solvent you can either put it in a dish to evap, to see if any DMT failed to precip, or you can save the solvent for your next extaction, personally i would save it.
