Finally got everything I needed. Now what?

So after I failed consuming my MHRB DMT extraction with an oil burner, and also with the sandwich method (bung), I am ready to try (and hopefully to succeed) with e juice.
I think I got everything I need, but before I start to do things, I wanted to verify and get some tips.

I got:
- 0.5 gram of extracted DMT crystals
- Sub-Ohm vape with 5ml tank that have adjustable wattage
- 100% PG vape juice
- Critic acid

I don't have much DMT left because I spent it all on my failed smoking attempts. So I want to get this right and to try it on the smallest amount I can.
Since this will be my first actual experience, I want to be able to smoke a few puffs before diving too deep to the hyperspace. I was thinking about 5-6 puffs for a full experience, so I can have some linear progress with it.
My plan was to go with: 0.25 mg dmt + 1 gram of PG + 30 mg critic acid. How does that sound?

Also, a few more questions:
1. How bad is it that my vape cart is made out plastic? will it damage the experience?
2. My solution will be about 1.5ml. Is it enough to smoke in a 5ml cart? I am afraid this it too little
3. I want to use the more yellowish and oily dmt I have and save up the nicer crystals. Will that work?

Besides that, any tip would be helpful. I am new to both DMT and vaping.

I'm pretty new to this, too, but I've been using a more potent mix than that. I find it good for some visuals and a good introduction into DMT, but I end up taking at least 9 hits, its a lot of work if you want to go deeper. I just end up with enjoyable visuals. I've been using a 500 mg to 1 mL ratio, so for the same ratio, I'd use 0.25mg DMT to 0.5 mL PG (1 part DMT, 2 parts PG, 0.3 parts citric acid).
It's a nice ratio, but I think I will try a stronger one next time, maybe 1:1 or stronger.
I don't know about plastic vapes. The ones I use are glass-ceramic 1ml carts, which I guess are healthier without leaching plastic.
I have no idea about the holy DMT. I get a yellow olly goo when I evaporate with Xylene, but the next day, I melt it into heptane and freeze to get yellow crystals.

:sick: It might be more economical and better for your environment if you do the transfer to heptane via a mini A/B. You know, dash of vinegar in the xylene, pull that off, lye in the vinegar, pull warm with heptane, then freeze precip.

This also means you get to reuse the xylene.

Yea, that's what I did the first time. My cart was only 1mL and about 1/3 full, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. It's nice and chill doing it; you take a drag, hold it for 20+ seconds, and go again until you see nice visuals; they were stronger than any trip I have ever had. I don't think you will break through. I guess everyone is different, but it's a great introduction, at least. Ensure your vape pen is set to low power; you don't want to burn it. Good luck with it!

Thanks! Is there a guide to a mini A/B or is it easy to do? Does the vinegar take the dmt out of the Xylene? How do you pull off such tiny amounts is there a good tool to use? How much Lye would I use with a dash? Thanks for the tips!

How low should i go?
Was thing of using 35w on my vape. Is it low enough?

On mine I use it on 2.8v to 3.2v not sure how that translates, I would say start low and work up if it smells like burning plastic you've gone too high.
The vape is great, I love how you can keep going with it, some times I spend an hour just upping the dose and remaining in visuals without the breakthrough which is a nice worthwhile experience in itself.

It's not an exact procedure - it's pretty simple overall and has a lot of leeway on the figures for any of it. I would encourage you to take a more exact approach by applying some fairly straightforward arithmetic to the chemical equations of each step of the process. This small investment of preparation and understanding will set you up well for a large number of other situations one may encounter during extractions.
