Well, some weeks ago we made some experiments with a stb extraction, but it was what I said: some experiments, made with 50 gr of MHRB, lye, water and a solvent, but th amounts weren't too precise, but I tried everything: more, less, fast, slow, ALL, and eventually I was left with nothing: some drops of yellow goo, active, and nothing else. But I thought that the problem was the procedure, and the too big amount of naphta used for the pulls.
So now I decided to be very precise:
100 gr MHRB
100 gr NaOH
1500 ml distilled water
light naphta (that doesn't leave anything after evaporation)
I put the MHRB with the lye and water, shake, let it sit for an hour.
Dosed 40 ml of Naphta, put it in, shake it gently, after an hour I pulled it off. Did this for three times, and eventually I was left with more or less 90 ml of clean naphta (after decanting), very cloudy. Put it in the freezer for 15 hours, put it off. There was a plenty of some matter, like little threads. What was it? DMT? Water turned to some tiny pieces of ice? Anyway, I poured the naphta out with a pipette, the treads disappeared, and I am left with some drops of a brown oil, and some white stains on the glasses used, unscrapable.
Do you guys think that the problem is in the procedure? problems with the freeze precip? (My freezers work well) Or maybe a bad batch of Mimosa hostilis root?
Now I have the seoond three pulls, it's yellow very very cloudy and if I blow some air into it I see some clouds like dust into the liquid. Hope well!

I think that the freezer could be the answer, i 'll try to test it better. nowvthe solution is deep yellow with a sort of yellow brown mud in it.
I tried to let it evaporate a bit before and there were like many very very tiny pieces of yellow sand, if watched in the light. then.... nothing. it will need ages to evaporate
