You might consider evaporating your solution down 50% and then re freeze.

The dude only likes to use 50ml per pull, and that's on 100g batches & he's always had THICK crystals the next day.

if one is having problems getting all the solvent out, slowly decant the base/solvent layer into a narrower container. this will aid the sucking out process.

yep...sounds like a good plan, you definitely got to much volume which is causing your saturation levels to be way down...you should evap it down enough to where it is cloudy at room temp...THEN you'll have nice crystals forming.

Depends on what time scale you're looking at. SWIM thinks she would evaporate ~half off, judging loosely on the pics, and then freeze precipitate.

Regarding getting the spice off the sides of the jar, she FP's and then scrapes the sides before straining through a coffee filter. Some still hangs around, but much much less.

That looks like a lot of naptha.. I would definately follow ragabr and evap all of those 50-60%, then freeze. Which one is the one that you re-x? Your process is very sound, I like how much you documented.
