Well i finally got my jars delivered and they look pretty good! 3 half gallon jars.
I decided after ALOT of deliberation to go with an STB because i honestly think there just seemed to be nothing that could go wrong.
Went for the ratio from lysergics tek which i read on the mycotopia. He used a pound of bark, 220 grams of lye(about) and 3400ml of water. However since my jars were half gallon i decided on going for:
225 grams of bark
113 grams of lye
1700ml of water
After putting it all in it seemed to leave a gap slightly to big but it will do. I then waited about 1 hour 15 mins and made my first pull. After rolling it around for about 15 minutes it quickly seperated and i started basting it off.
God, how epicly i failed the first time. haha pulled alot of black stuff, but i gradually got the hang of it and got most of it off and that is evaporating now! I then got drunk with a mate to pass the time and so i could go straight to sleep without thinking about the DMT
. Then when i ended up getting up in the morning and it's still got quite alot to evaporate coudln't find a lamp to use so i had to use air.
Then i decided since it had been a good 12 hours to do another pull, which is currently seperating now and i will get back to you all with how they went, preferably with pictures!
