first harmala extract some questions

so I followed the crude salt extract tek
Using 100g syrian rue I ended up with 1.2g of brownish gold powder. How am I to be sure this is the harmalas and only the harmalas.

Is it posible there is more harmalas in the liquid pulls? (I kept them) how could I go about getting all harmalas out?

You're never going to get all of the active out, it'll become uneconomical after a few pulls. If you think there's a significant amount left in the liquid, try shining a UV light on it. Harmala alkaloids fluoresce under UV light, and by comparing your samples to a control of unextracted harmala solution, you can roughly gauge their relative concentrations.

ok thanks, when performing another pull do I add more saturated salt water solution to the liquid or pull from the brown solid 'dirt' with (m)ethyl alcohol?
