first pharmahuasca experience

So I did pharmahuasca for the first time yesterday and it was really good.

I took 90mg harmaline/harmine extract, waited 15 minutes, took another 90mg harmine/harmaline, waited 25 minutes, then did 50mg freebase DMT that I extracted.

It took a very long time to kick in though, more than an hour from when we took the DMT, I think it may be cause we had food in our stomach.

Since it took so long to kick in while waiting I took another 25mg, after about an hour and 25 minutes or so it started kicking in pretty strong and fast, if I would lie in my room with music, and slowly open my eyes, the CEVs would seep into the open eyed world.

I later took another 25mg DMT mixed with 50mg harmaline/harmine to put myself up to a total of 100mg free base and 240mg harmaline/harmine. I did not notice any increase in duration, and not sure how much the last dose increased my trip cause it either increased the strength of the trip a bit or my first two doses never peaked until after I took the third dose.

What do you guys know about redosing with DMT and harmalas?

I dunno too much about it. I know sometimes I like to hit my pipe again for another 15mg as my trip starts to wear down. It doesn't break me through or anything, but it definitely boosts the experience.

I did it while I was mid trip once before, since my first vape of 35-40mg hit me pretty hard I decided to hold off on the 2nd hit. After I was integrated and I took that second hit I was introduced to her majesty: infinity herself.

It could've just been the time delay between doses didn't sync right for you. How does your pharma trip compare to smoked dmt? What's duration often like? I've been thinking pretty hard about trying this.

Pharma is almost identical to aya for me, a tad more mechanical if you know what I mean but besides that I didn't notice much differences. Duration is also the same as the tea, so its not that similar to smoked DMT, although I have not had too many experiences with smoked DMT yet. I can't always push myself to smoke it, its like jumping off into the abyss haha.

And 1ce this is definitely a great way to dose but drinking the tea is more ritualistic and sometimes I just don't have spice lying around.

I'd really like to give it a try. It seems like a good intermediate step before taking thenayahuasca plunge. Your experience seems like it's an effective dosage method. My (ignorant) impression of pharma was that it was a generally weak experience so I didn't want to waste any spice on it.

Aparently you didnt fast before taking the harmaline..harmine..
Where did i hear that fasting was needed before taking an maoi ???

It does sound pretty interesting. Did not have the chance to yet try it myself but will write it down my list. Been interested in fumerates for a while now just did not have the time to wrap my head around it yet.

From my experience with orally administered DMT or 'pharmahuasca', I have found that converting FB to DMT citrate by simply placing your FB in a small amount of lemon juice for 20 minutes or so and sending it straight down the hatch is choice.

Making the conversion to citrate is easier on the stomach because it's what your stomach is going to do anyways if you just ingest FB... It has to be in a usable form for our bodies to properly utilize the DMT. Although, its fine to ingest FB, converting it is like a short cut and a helping hand, taking the weight off your stomach's duties.

In the end, oral DMT can be an absolute treat once you find the sweet spot that works best for you...

On the topic of redosing orally, it can be accomplished, but my suggestion would be to smoke a touch of changa when you feel like adding to the experience in which you are having at the time... Its all about personal preference and the exploration of techniques.

Yes you are right, it is definitely recommended to fast before maois in general but reversable maois like Syrian rue and caapi I think too are safer than prescribed maois.

I've had a good amount of experience with syrian rue so I know how my body will react with it already but uou might have a for of nausea and start puking and pooping for a while. For me that isn't the case though as well as most of my friends.
