Well, at least it looks like the naphtha has separated cleanly. Have you been referrring to any particular instructions (a 'TEK') for this?
The main thing to watch out for at this point is avoiding transferring any of the dark base sludge into the container where you into to collect the final product (hopefully via freeze precipitation).
Rather than fiddling around too much while syphoning the naphtha off, you can use an extra, intermediate jug with a bit of sodium carbonate solution in the bottom - this will serve to trap any droplets of base soup which may come over while syphoning.
It should be simple enough to get the naphtha into the precipitation dish without any of the wash water - and don't worry too much about getting all the naphtha out either as it will become less and less of a significant factor once you do a few more pulls.
Better to leave any hard-to-separate naphtha in the extraction container because of this, and the same applies to naphtha 'stuck' in the wash jug - just leave it there until the next pull.
