First time extraction, how does this look?

Here's a few photos from a mesc. acetate extraction using limo and vinegar.
The first pull yielded a black gooey tar which was rolled up into a ball. (ph was 3.0)
The second pull was ph adjusted to 6, and the results were better > a yellowish crystal.
The 3rd was the lightest, ph 6, and 20 ml water was added to the 25 ml vinegar.
Does this look normal. Seems that rasing the ph keeps the goo factor down.

If anyone knows...why the difference in color between the last two photos? (2nd and 3rd pull) I've been using small amounts of baking soda to adjust the pH up, is it possible the last photo is mostly crytalized sodium bicarbonate? Would MEK clean this up?

What are we looking at here?
DMT? Or mescaline?
I have heard that bicarbonate can produce huge crystals which are not a full final product.
Tell us your steps you used. If mimosa, then maybe you sucked up brown goop.
