First time LSD

Rising Star
About a year ago I had my first and strongest experience with LSD, and I would like to share it to see if anyone has experienced something similar.

A year ago I went to work in the Netherlands and life led me to a friend I made there who offered me half a carton of LSD. I don't know how many microns it was, but the person who gave it to us told us it was strong and he was a person who takes a lot of LSD. Well, we took it at about 5 in the morning and both my friend and I worked at 11 in the morning, but I took it because I didn't know how long-lasting the effects were. The first 4 hours everything was normal (looking back now that I've taken LSD more times). But at 9 in the morning we left the house to go to the coffee shop for some weed, and I also did it with the idea that I would be able to go back to work at 11. Once I was in the coffee shop, the strangeness began. I spent a good while there and I started to think about not being able to go to work, and the idea of being fired and everything that that entailed began to cross my mind. That's why I started smoking a giant joint in less than 5 minutes. After a short while, I started to see how my spiritual self, me seeing in first person from my spiritual self, came out of my body, also seeing my friend talking to me, and the television in the background. It was as if my spiritual self was 30 cm above my physical head and I could see in real time everything that was still happening, but this state only lasted a few seconds because at the time I was very scared and I wanted to go back to normal again, but seeing it now I would like to take it back and go further.

I know that everything I saw and felt was real, it was not a hallucination.

Hello, @babysosa32,

Welcome to the Nexus!

I've had a similar spiritual projection experience before. It happened after taking about 150mcg of LSD and smoking a big joint as well. I was walking through a forest and the surrounding vegetation was touching my exposed shins. At some point while walking and experiencing this sensation, I felt like my perspective separated from my body and I was able to merge with the plant life.

The sensation shifted. I no longer felt the plants touching me, but I could feel myself touching my own shins through the plant's perspective. It was an incredibly odd experience, but I didn't resist it at all. I took it as a blissful opportunity to experience something I had never experienced before.

Upon examining the setting you took your first dose of LSD under, I would say you were completely unprepared and, unfortunately, uninformed. LSD is, as you now know, a very long-lasting substance, and it should be treated with utmost respect. You took it under conditions that did not allow for that, and I trust you've learned your lesson.

And one last thing - don't take this the wrong way, but I would strongly advise against letting beliefs like this take too strong a hold on your perspective of life:
I know that everything I saw and felt was real, it was not a hallucination.

To allow that would be to put yourself in a dangerous situation, one that will most definitely precipitate a future moment of great disappointment, confusion, and perhaps even trauma. Try not to cling on what has been shown to you in too literal a sense. Pay special tribute to integration and be mindful about your healing journey with this wonderful medicine.

Take care <3

Hello luv, that sounds like a lot of LSD :)

I haven't had that myself yet, as a beginner to LSD, but my friend who's done a lot has had the exact experience you describe, a few times at least.
He mentioned to me once that he was getting off of the sofa to go to the bathroom, and halfway there he realized he had left his body on the couch xD "well, I need my body to go to the bathroom" so he went back and got his body. It sounds like you had a lot. You are a champ for taking it well! :)
