sounds good, We Sleep. And for filtering, just use a cotton t shirt
You could also consider leaving the rue tea in the fridge overnight before consuming. A lot of sludge drops to the bottom of the jar, which can make the nausea quite a bit worse. There is a decent amount of harmalas in there though, so it can be re boiled to get more goodies.
But its no problem if you just want to drink it right away and forget that step altogether

I think you should avoid purge, this is the idea of pharmahuasca."
For some maybe... But for everyone? absolutely not. Pharmahuasca is great to me because of its convenience, long-term storage, portability, and precise dosing. But personally i'd prefer a full spectrum brew to it, most days.
Anyways, even with very pure harmalas and dmt, there can still be purging. I don't know why people would think this isn't the case. For me the purge fluxuates...sometimes i'll go through times where i purge each trip i have. Other times, not for many experiences.
In any case, resisting the purge is a horrible idea. It only prolongs the nausea and possibly any uncomfortable mental affects. The purge can be incredibly healing and is sometimes just another key part of the experience, not an unfortunate side-effect that should be avoided...Eating healthy food in the weeks and especially days before hand can make it more gentle though. People often recommend a piece of buttered bread after drinking the brew, in order to get digestion flowing. For me bread is uncomfortable in the stomache while tripping and has led to more intense purging, so I'd take a piece of fruit over that any day... but to each their own.
I think 50mg is a good dose. For some that is small, but for some sensitive folks it is a perfect amount. It also depends so much on the harmalas that it is hard to say. Lots of factors. Best to work your way up and find out the ratios/amounts you like. As far as duration, thats also complicated lol. it can be anywhere from a few hours to 10 hours or more...Duration depends a lot on the amount of harmalas though.
