First time user - thinking of trying a sublingual ROA.

Hi guys I extracted some DMT using Noman's Tek and was hoping to try it with some 95% Harmine HCL extract sublingually. Are these doses ok for a first time user weighing about 160lbs - 30mg Harmine sublingually for ~30 minutes then 20-30mg of freebase DMT sublingually for another ~30 minutes?

I also have some Syrian Rue seeds but reading reports it sounds like people purge a lot ingesting them.
