Make a tea, drink it, after a while vape some spice or changa if you feel ok to do so.

I've never mixed LSD with aya. If you are not familiar with the vine I sugest not mixing it with LSD. Get aquainted with the vine first, even a tea with no admixure can be overpowering for some people.
