First Xtraction question

So from my post before SWIM has decided to do his extraction finally!
He had a question wondering excatly how to drain out the naptha once the crystals have fallen through. Like after its in the freezer for 12 or so hours whats the best way to get rid of the naptha. By SWIM's understanding he will take the jars out that have the crystals fallen out. run the naptha through a coffee filter, then will the spice still be left in the bowl? He fears the spice will slide out of the jar while pouring it out. Just not really sure on this one. Any help guys?

DEpending on what you use for the precipitation container either most are all of the DMT will be clinging to the sides.
I use an 8" pyrex backing dish and all of them stick and also once the film of naptha has evaporated you can get >98% of them with a razor blade.

Anyway it is really simple. just decant the naptha into another countainer slowly, sometimes the crystals fall but they are REALLY easy to decant. if you are having troubles you can use a glass baster or eye dropper to gently remove the last bits of naptha.
After that lay it sideways to drip and evaporate until you can't smell the naptha anymore and your good to go!

There has been a few times that SWIM has had some crystals floating about in the naptha after a freeze precipitation. SWIM either tries to decant slowly, or if SWIM is going to do more pulls, doesn't care and pours any floaters back in the original jar since later pulls will grab them anyways.
