Here are some photos of ..[acacia confusa]..spice crystals.......
in diferent stages of developement .. before and after evaporation...
Had a little napatha left and [just out of curosity]..I put sealed jar buried in ice over night 15 hours..and in morning you can see crystals every where in jar as i swirled the jar spinning like a snow flurry..
I guess.. [in ice]..it wasnt cold as a freezer and didnt fully develope crystals ..[this time] but showes early developement of crystals..
In last photo of jar i swirled and shook the jar causing it to blend into the napatha in a milky color...
Then one photo of most of naspatha pull showing a thin coating of sandy looking crystals not yet fully dried...
