Halos around "awakened beings" across all cultures -- DMT inspired?

There are often halos around the heads of "awakened beings" or religious figures from paintings and sculptures thousands of years old. You can see these halos across all cultures. Were the ancients on to something? Were these halos inspired by endogenously produced and/or exogenously consumed DMT?

I do find geo scattered memes interesting but lack of deeper intel leaves one rapidly guessing in fantasy, fun for some, boring for others. A potential gold mine for who exploits the riddle, is it not, Rome?

We all have electrical coronal discharges, there's Kirlian for 'death' objects too, a saint has just more of that? If so we are all halo carriers by default.
Since the catholic saints are pretty persistent decorated with these impressive frisbees, is there a clue given there? Sorry I'm not much of a bible wanker ...

If my memory serves me right, these Halos symbolically stand for the Energy of the Sun, radiating out of an illuminated Mind.
This stems from the perception that our Consciousness consists of pure white Light, which has "life" giving properties.
In general that meant, that "awakened people" could dream this Light into any shape and emotion.
Pretty much all of them are depictions of the power of consciousness and mind to influence our surroundings.

David Icke has spoken about a connection to the Saturn, or Jupiter I cant quite remember which one, because one of them has (supposedly) been considerably larger in our night sky in ancient times.

I don't believe it represents good or bad, but is rather a neutral force, or even better, like you said: "shape shifting" in the sense of a christian changing form into a buddhist or moslem, or mazatec.

Do you have an Example for the possible religious bastardization of Halo's?

The only ones I can think of are the many great minds of our history, that were discredited by the ruling elite, those who hold the "holy" kind of halo, and were ultimately portrayed as the ones with bastardized states of mind.
Like Galileo for example.
