Hi everybody,
It's been a long time, but I finally made an extraction again and I'm looking forward to making changa for the first time. I read the thread of Olympus, which said the standard ratio is 1:1:1 , harmalas: dmt:leaf. It also says you can use 1 gram 10x extract of caapi leaf instead of 1 gram of freebase harmalas. In another thread I read caapi leaves contain +-2% harmalas, which means 1 gram of 10x caapi extract contains +-200mg of harmalas. This would mean that using 1 gram freebase harmalas would be a lot stronger than using 1 gram of 10x caapi right?
Now I'm probably going to order some 95% hermala freebase isolate, so want to make sure I'm not soaking in way too much harmalas into the leaves
Other question about smoking harmala's; does one need to keep to a specific diet before smoking harmala's, or is this only the case when taken orally?
Thanks in advance for your help
