Harmala 'Freebase' 99% pure isolate - vape

Hey everyone,

I’m curious if anyone here has experience working with harmala in vape juice.
  • Which type of vape carrier (PG, VG, or blends) have you found most suitable?
  • What does are you using?
  • Are there any general approaches or ratios that people have tried successfully?

I’d love to hear about what has or hasn’t worked for you in terms of stability and smoothness.

Hey, i personally (still) don't have experience with e-juice.
But first thing that comes to my mind is this post from @salientbeings, where he reports using Syrian Rue seeds.

Early days for me experimenting with this method and at this stage I don't know the longevity of such a mix. But it definitely makes quite a difference... stronger, longer and cleaner experience for me 🙂✨️🌈

Anyway, I'm interested in this topic as I'm planning to do my first e-juice in the next few weeks :)

Vg : pg 70:30 with menthol, freebase harmalas don't really dissolve unless it's pretty hot and even so not a lot. When dimeetee acid salts are added the harmala dissolves a bit better, likely because they are becoming a salt from excess fumaric acid or whatever is used.

About 10 mg harmalas barely dissolve in 5 mL of hot e-liquid and it drops out of solution when cool. It's vape-able as the coil may keep it warm but won't get you very far cause there ain't much in it (better than nothing) and is not my preferred route. It inevitably becomes a sticky honey as the vehicle vaporizes and leaves the harmala in, meaning it will clog and ruin your tanks or carts and is most practical for drip atomizers. Taste and smell are not the most pleasant when compared to deem which smells like the flowers it produces in the mind and tastes like the soma gods take.

Lots has been tested by the geniuses that hang around here... If I remember correctly harmala lactate has been evaluated as having the best solubility (please correct me?).
